🍓 Banana & Fruit Punch Smoothie (Dairy‑Free)
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, broken into chunks
- 200 ml almond milk (≈ ¾ cup)
- 150 ml diluted fruit punch (≈ ⅔ cup)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (≈ 5–10 ml)
- 1 capful vanilla extract (≈ ½ teaspoon, ~2–3 ml)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (≈ 5 ml, or a sprinkle to taste)
Method:
1. Put the banana chunks into a blender.
2. Add the almond milk and fruit punch.
3. Drizzle in the honey, then add the cinnamon and vanilla.
4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away.
Notes:
- For a colder drink, add a few ice cubes before blending.
- A frozen banana will make it thicker, closer to a milkshake.
- Works well as a breakfast smoothie or an afternoon pick‑me‑up.
