Major changes coming!

So, as you all know, when my hard drive bit the dust, I lost everything.

Obviously, I was completely distraught. However, I am writing today to tell you, the game will continue to be worked on.

Though, now I will be using JavaScript and basing the game in Unity.

The reasons I have for this are as follows.

  1. Learning a coding language will open so many doors for me in the future.

  2. Using a coding language will allow me to make the game exactly how I want it to be.

  3. Though I love the RPG Maker series, it is very limited for the most part, and as such, creating a game can be daunting at times when you know you have restrictions.

  4. I want to experiment with making my own sprites.

The game will still be an RPG in the way listed in the game’s description, but I feel as though working with JavaScript will give me more freedom.

So, from all of us at Classy Hiro, (which is mainly just me for now), wish us luck!

Jeyson OUT!

P.S.

I almost forgot that with utilizing Unity, I should be able to add achievements.

Thanks for being supportive!
