Hello everyone,

The curtain rises on the finale of the Veritas Arc.

I am releasing v0.6.3, which brings the massive conclusion to Chapter 4.5 and the end for the first Volume of the story.

Chapter 4.5: Act II — “…Or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above”

The sweet taste of the city is gone, replaced by the metallic tang of rain and ash.

In Act II, Neon will see what lies beneath that city’s perfection. The investigation moves from the glittering Boulevard of Dreamers to the dark, rain-soaked alleyways of the Old Quarter.

You will witness the true cost of envy, the fragility of identity, and the terrifying nature of a “miracle” that demands total submission. You will finally understand what it means to be a “God in a maiden’s form.”

Pure Narrative Update

There are no major engine overhauls or system refactors in this patch. Every ounce of effort was poured into the script, the direction, and the atmosphere.

• 25,000+ words (Total for Ch 4.5).

• A cinematic finale that pushes the visual storytelling of the engine to its limit.

• An emotional rollercoaster that I advise you to play in one sitting… if you have the nerves for it.

But remember: illusions are often more comfortable than reality. Once you see what’s underneath the skirt, you cannot unsee it.

The stage is set for the final song.
