MarsXtraction 1.7.0: It's time to unlock some trophies!

HI there,

I just released the version 1.7.0 for both WebGL and WebPlayer, you can play it now within your browser. This release contains two great things….

What’s new?

First, the collision issue with the game controller is fixed, try it, it’s super easy to play now. I also introduced a new controller (enabled by default) which is better for beginner. If you want to use the old controller, go to options and unselect “Enable Autogyro mode”.

Second… The Game Jolt API is implemented into the game. You can unlock trophies, save your progression directly on Game Jolt (it’s automatic) and be a part of the leaderboard!

The next

I planned to release 3 new version for this year with these features

  • 2 new levels

  • 1 boss level

  • Third person controller (yep! You’ll see the anti-grav bike)

  • More trophies

  • [Not sure] Local multiplayer (split screen)

Around the game

I’m very surprised to see some guys making videos of M.A.R.S. Extraction on Youtube, it’s amazing so I just want to say “Thank you guys!”.

Please take your time to watch there videos!

Itch.io

Don’t forget that you can download the PC version (Windows, Linux, Mac) from itch.io and buy the supporter pack.

Have fun and good game!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
