It does show that they have acknowledged why all of us were always lashing out on this, but they tend to focus more on the positive sides of AI than the negatives, which is already a bad look for them.
Yes, they actually said this in their video:
"And then there's a real concern that this technology is only going to represent the loudest voices online and not everybody else."
Yeah, uh...it kind of already does and it's for a good reason.
And the fact they're already losing revenue on this technology (apparently), it's a little funny.

I get why they're taking this direction, but using my critical thinking skills, it's just simply not ideal for AI to be on literally every corner of the human race as they're trying to imply in the video.
I still kind of want Microsoft to have a better reputation so I've been trying to give them constructive and informative criticism in hope they'll understand more. Knowing that they do accept criticism before, I'd say it's a 50/50 chance it'll ever reach out to them. Who even knows at this point.
