MLP/TAALFS Au - Battle Over Canterlot

Having found their children, the Twin Emperors set about retrieving them. However, Lucas and Ashley prove to be more difficult to catch than Lake and Haiden previously thought, causing a fight to break out.


Don’t worry, Lake and Haiden won’t harm Lucas or Ashley, those are harmless binding spells Haiden is throwing around because Lucas won’t stay still and Lake is fighting Ashley to tire her out to make it easier for him to bring her home.

Haiden looks angry because he can’t understand why Lucas is defending the ponies who treated him and Ashley with suspicion. Lucas meanwhile dodges the binding spells using his ability to run on air via creating platforms with his magic, he knows he can’t evade for long but hopes that the innocents can be evacuated with this distraction.

Lake on the other hand is fighting with Ashley to tire her out, using physical weapons rather than magic purely out of common sense. If one runs out of magic they’ll be defenceless but since pony telekinesis uses a minuscule amount of mana then they can hold physical weapons for ages.

Ashley and Lucas do eventually get caught and are taken back to Thalassa Njord, Lake and Haiden don’t want Equestria purely because running two kingdoms is too much work and too much of a hassle. They wanted to make a point to Celestia and Luna as well as get their children back, but the truth can be twisted in various ways, so this was the outcome.

Sorry I haven’t posted anything for a while, I’ve been working on some other things and irl got really hectic. I’ve been adjusting to all the changes but it’s not been easy. These are sketches, done with pencil on paper, so they’re more messy than my digital artworks.

My hands slipped, so now I have an Au where Rachel is a Demon, her demon name is the Matriarch.

She became that way because of the greed of others and has beef with Chessmaster Lake over parenting rights to Ashley.

Most likely needs a redesign…
