After the burning of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Place, fire teams managed to find and recover a single survivor, and get him in a hospital in just enough time to save his life. He was discovered to be in a coma with a stable, yet noticeable higher heartbeat than most other patients, as if he were suffering from a constant nightmare. About a week and a half after he was hospitalized, he flatlined as a result of an unknown assailant smothering him to death with his pillow, the assailant was never found.
