Added Crates To Give Special Abilities, come from cars in coop and singleplayer, in versus they spawn randomly. Fixed The pointing arrows and added them for crates. Fixed acceleration and decelleration varying on different computers. Fixed splitscreen issue causing frame rate to drop slowly. All good fun!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
