Moving on :)

Hello loyal followers! I wanna update you all on where the game is headed now;

I love making games and wish to pursue it for a career. Developing Undersmash has taught me so much about working on a large project.

BUT... I can't lie... I'm not really invested in this game anymore. By that I mean both Undertale and Undersmash. I made the first prototype about 5 years ago I believe, which is a long time to be working on a non-profit game almost entirely alone. Plus, fangames arae pretty creatively stiffling... I gotta use the same characters and concepts as some other dude the whole time.

At least right now, my motivation to even THINK about Undersmash just is gone, and I have so many other cool ideas I wanna do!! I feel like this game has been pinning me down for years because I've been so determined to finish it that I just let it spiral out of control.

So that's why I'm taking a break. Maybe I'll come back to the game in a month or two, maybe I will stop entirely. Which I know is a bit sad because I was really excited to make this game for you. But I promise that if you stick around I can make alot of other really cool stuff for y'all!

ALSO, if I take a long break and still aint feeling like returning to the game, I will open source it. Because I think it deserves to be used for something!

Really hope y'all stick around to see what else I can cook. peace!

This is a friendly game of cards turned survival horror game, made in around a week under the theme 'Consume'

I hope you check it out :) Working on other projects too!

I haven't used Blender much and I have never used it's 2D animation tool, but I've been playing with it and I quite like this little Gerson animation so here ye go!

WELCOME TO UNDERSMASH

This is where you die

Look at this Bean

(w.i.p Frisk redesign for my game )

Someone suggested reducing the colour palette - I do quite agree that this is cleaner, though the other one had a 'roundness' that I really enjoyed... Not sure!

Undersmash is now open-source!

Find the Unity project files here: https://github.com/mrflappi/Undersmash

Important note: the game is VERY BROKEN, it may take some work to produce something playable.

You are filled with... determination..? Where are we?

Conveyor belts look way more satisfying than the pipes, they aren't as practical but they are so cool.
