Little bit of PC tinkering to start the day 
replaced the middle fan in my PC because the old one seemed to have seized up & stopped spinning. Now we got a new one in there they're on full spin duty again 
I fed him petrol! 
I'm sure he'll be fine.
When Ultrahuman sent me out their Ring AIR to take a look at, I gave it a good month+ of testing, wearing it daily! And I've got to say, it's made me look at my health, sleep & stress way differently
