so i decided to pick up my pencil mouse and make a storm-based character!

meet Tamiko!


she is a cloud-human like creature who has the power to control the weather to a certain degree.

when she is angry, she has the ability to control the weather to disaster-causing levels.

her name is actually taken from a real storms name!
