UNDERTALE

In Undertale, I have 4 Boss Battles in mind:

• Omega Flowey

  This fight really marks the first time I finished Undertale on the neutral route. The art style of the game changing is simply sensational, and the way Flowey talks to you as you close the game several times, it's perfect!

• Undyne True Hero

  This battle is simply epic, the soundtrack is amazing, and the difficulty it goes through is perfect. I remember the time I defeated Undyne on the cell phone with my friends, it was amazing!

• Asriel Dreemurr

  I don't even need to say much, this is one of the most beautiful battles of all, it's no wonder it's the true final battle. All the dialogues, events, effects, music, EVERYTHING is perfect in this battle!

• Sans

  But I have no doubts! Sans was my favorite Boss Battle in Undertale. Defeating him is VERY difficult at start. I remember it took me 31 attempts if I'm not mistaken to defeat him for the first time. Now I pass it the first time every time I try. And of course, the attacks, dialogues, and soundtrack are sensational, especially since Sans changes his speech every time you come back.

CHRONO TRIGGER

To be honest with you, I haven't finished Chrono Trigger yet, every time I played, the files on my Memory Card would get corrupted, I started playing again recently but ended up stopping. But I have two Boss Battles that left a mark on me:

• Yakra

  Yes, the first Boss of the game. I remember that the first time I played Chrono Trigger, I didn't know that I could change my equipment, and I also skipped all the non-mandatory battles, leaving my Lv. very low. This resulted in MANY attempts, but in one of them I finally defeated him!

• Magus

  Another fight that really left a mark on me was the fight against Magus, who is one of my favorite characters! *SPOILER ALERT*

  However, it's not the first battle against him, but rather the optional battle that you do using only Frog (I don't know if you can use just Frog here, but since he was leading my team, it might be that. Because you can interact with Magus without Frog (Anyways, you can use just one character, I think) However, Frog makes the most sense to fight Magus alone), another character that I love. So, a 1v1 battle between these two characters is simply amazing! Everything!

  Magus' soundtrack is really good, and the atmosphere this battle creates is amazing! Especially considering what happened in the story, and everything else.

DEVIL MAY CRY 3: DANTE'S AWEAKENING

DMC 3 is so fucking good. For me it's one of the best PS2 games, and all of the Boss Battles are insanely good, but there are two that I can't forget.

• Agni & Rudra

  This Boss Battle is two bosses together, and their mechanics are very challenging and satisfying to play. If one of the brothers dies, the other takes his sword and becomes stronger, that's so AMAZING!!

  Also, the Agni & Rudra weapons are very strong and fun, my favorite weapon in the entire game for sure!

• Virgil

  All the battles against Virgil are very good, and very challenging, the skills and attacks that Virgil uses are incredible, plus the cutscenes afterwards make everything better. *SPOILER ALERT*

  But for sure, the best battle against Virgil is the final battle, seriously, the atmosphere and all the events make everything perfect, in addition to the scenery and soundtrack. The final cutscene of this part makes everything even more incredible!! Besides it's insanely difficult.

GOD OF WAR

GoW left a big impression on me, and I still remember how difficult this game is, but for sure, just the beginning of it is already perfect.

• Hydra

  Hydras are a very classic Boss Battle, but it is very challenging and fun to fight them from start to finish.

  I remember I had to call my mom to help me press "O" quickly because it was really hard to hold back the bites that Hydra gave.

GOD OF WAR II

GoW 2 is the same case as the first game, it has a classic Boss Battle at the beginning that leaves a mark.

• Colossus of Rhodes

  This Boss is good from start to finish, each fight against him is a different mechanic, and in the end, when you defeat him, Kratos still "loses" to him, it's incredible.

  A good start to such an amazing game!

SHADOW FIGHT 2

I don't think many people will know this game, but it's a very good fighting game that really marked my childhood. It's very difficult and fun, but it leaves something to be desired in some aspects.

• Lynx

  The first Boss Battle of the game, Lynx, this boss is very good. Besides his appearance, he has very strong and very unfair attacks, but the first time I finally managed to defeat him, I was very happy.

  Btw, a curiosity: I call him "Lince" because it is "Lynx" in Portuguese!
