I think this has potential. If there was the option to choose your own post backgrounds, then that could be used to make posts feel more personal (kinda like tumblr with blog themes but for posts)
Though I think that it should only show the background if you click on the post, as having them in my feed kinda hurts my eyes.
Something will happen... In due time, of course.
