So, I think this is where I should post it? Someone let me know if I did it wrong.

So this is the strategy I usually use when playing Five Nights with Mac Tonight Remastered. The mobile version, so I'm not sure how it holds up compared to the PC version. It's not too complicated, but I think it's a nice thing to know if you're new to the game.

So, nights 1 and 2 are quite simple. Just keep the camera on cam 05 to use the audio to drive Mac away, and repair the speakers if you have to. On night 2, switch to cam 07 and use the heater if you hear the Hamburglar climbing in the vent. Though it's always nice to check it after you use the speakers, as their sound might distract you from the Hamburglar's sound. (Know it from personal experience. Not a nice experience.)

So for nights 3 and forward, what I prefer to do is keep the camera on cam 03, but the map on the second floor. This way, you can deal with Grimmace very quickly, by just opening the cameras and clicking "Deactivate". Whenever you check on Grimmace (assuming you have no immediate threats to deal with), do open the upper monitor to check if the vent heat is working, to make sure you don't have problems with Birdie and Hamburglar. And then, in case Ronald gets into your office, or Mac opens the door, quickly open the cameras. Since you'll already be on the second floor's map, just click cam 05 and use the speakers. Then quickly check cam 07, and then go back to Grimmace, and open the second floor map after. If Mac approaches from the left, or Mayor McCheese appears, use the "Drive off" funcition from the upper monitor. And again, if you hear the Hamburglar, or just used the speakers and don't know if you missed his sound or not, cam 07 and heater are your friends.

So that's what I usually do. Worked well enough so far (though I didn't finish Night 5 yet). If you want a strategy for FNWMT:R, I hope I helped.
