I probably wont be buying the switch 2 at all. I do own a original Switch, Switch OLED, and Switch Lite.

I don't fully have a veta against the Switch 2 itself, but I think its dumb and with how Nintendo is trying more so to lock things down and all is hurting the gaming community as a whole, but the hardcore fanboys don't give two shits. Neither do Nintendo.

The main thing I'm more pissed about is how the IP's they are still holding on to have the same price as when they were first released. Games for the Wii are still $60. Super Mario the OG is still like $20, Sure maybe a price has gone down with some, but No they haven't. Inflation.

Companies like to think their consumers have money to buy the next version or something, but consumers haven't gotten raises. Things keep getting taken away from us and charged more for it.

So selling a $80 game that doesn't have much content, and a game that really should only be valued at like $30-40 at most. Other games will follow this and NO game not even GTA 6 should cost $80 Id argue that GTA 7 might be worth a $80 price tag, but no other games. Epically any game that comes from Nintendo. They love to destroy their old games, wont save them. Yet when others try to step in to save them they go to jail and stuff. Like why would you be mad at someone trying to save something? Okay sure My lawyer will be talking with you cause you played one of our games on something we don't approve of but plays our games better and still gives enjoyment to kids, but no fuck you kid, you can't play, give me more money that you stole from use for playing this game on an emulator.

I have a huge problem with that too, FUCKING NINTENDO USES EMULATORS TO PLAY THEIR OLD GAMES ON THE SWITCH AND ALL, BUT NO ONE ELSE IS ALLOWED AN EMULATION DEVICE TO PLAY GAMES ON.

Come at me Nintendo. I own like 5 different emulation devices with well over 4,000 games. I have even made my own copy of a game I put on a Official GB cartridge by erasing that game from it. I still have the game save on a backup, but its not on the cartridge anymore.

Like holy fuck so many people are trying to save your games and provide decades more enjoyment for others, but Nintendo is like "fuck you by our new shit, or buy our old games you use to play, make sure you buy them from only us. I mean ONLY US."

It takes me a good while to find a game from Nintendo that has been marked down and thats usually cause that game never sold so retailers mark it down to get rid of them.

I saw Nintendo should go back to making playing cards. At least they were good at that kind of game. Or maybe Nintendo as a whole should join suit with the ET game.

I still have fun with their games, or ones on their systems, but they need to be slapped hard in the face and start playing nice. They have the Image of being family friendly when they aren't about that at all themselves.

So overall Fuck Nintendo. I wont be getting the new Switch. TBH even if someone bought it for me, I'd give it back to them, or sell it. The digital only things for it even though they are selling the cards is dumb.
