The alternate seems to have severel different EYES all over its body with them seemingly working all as different set of eyes, this makes it nearly impossible to sneak around or surprise attack the alternate.

While that the skin of the alternate especially in the deeper body regions like at the legs or arms is seemingly made out of a television static like sticky-substance.
