New demo update released!


Hi guys!

Man, I just keep rolling out updates, don’t I?
Anyway, I uploaded another update to the demo! Here’s a changelog:

  • Fixed a bug where the game no longer saved. This was because when I changed the name of the game and the save file, I forgot to change it so that it detected ‘dontforget.sav’ instead of ‘uppertalenew.sav’. So basically it was checking if ‘uppertalenew.sav’ existed even though it’s now called ‘dontforget.sav’.

  • Added dialogue when you interact with the doors of the houses! They all say different things for each house.

  • Added Grillby’s to the overworld! You can go inside and interact with a few things (not finalized yet).

  • Added more trees to the overworld (yeah it’s a minor change but I thought the overworld would look better with more trees, and it does).

  • A few minor bug fixes.
