New extended demo sent!


Hi guys!

Just to update you, I actually sent Luigikid an updated extended demo that features all new puzzles! I fixed everything Risk said was wrong with the old extended demo, so I thank him for pointing those out.

Here’s what I included (I’m just putting this here so you guys know I fixed them):

  • Changed some dialogue! It turns out that since I knew what was being talked about and referenced to, I never considered what other people would get out of the dialogue, so I changed some of it to make more sense.

  • Added puzzles! My playtester (sister xD) said that the puzzles were pretty good and enjoyable, and didn’t drag on too long.

  • Random encounters are now less common. The chance to get one has decreased by about 25%.

  • The ‘Desolate Ruins’ is now the official name of the first area! The first sign has changed to show this.

  • Changed some of the text on the signs!

  • Added some more attacks!

    • The Froggit enemy now has the leaping frog attack.

    • The Migosp enemy now rarely gets the fly attack Froggit uses.

  • Switched around some of the ACT options for one or two enemies.

  • Fixed some bugs I discovered.

And that’s about it!
Hopefully these changes have improved the game.

Also, I am considering releasing a new public demo with all this stuff, I just don’t know when. Probably not for a while.
