The story follows Trent, a self-described nobody, who stumbles across a sketchy AI chat and dating site reminiscent of Polybuzz and Character.AI. There, he encounters a bot resembling Lolbit—one that feels uncannily real and displays unusually flirtatious, manipulative behavior. What begins as a strange online interaction slowly escalates into something far more dangerous as the line between AI and reality begins to collapse.
