So around 2 years ago i made a psychic dragon regional dragonite form. Aaand it was awful! So i decided to redraw it entirely to look at least better than my previous drawing. Hope you like it! Second image is the old drawing.

when lockdown has bored you enough to spirte the fan made pokemon of the fan made pokemon game you said you wouldn't work on.

So while i'm writing the storyline for the new pokemon blackout thought i'd draw a new pokemon for this region.
