Nope, it's not. I also added new menu music replacing "Small World." The character's face also changes in intervals like Chapter 1.

The Scratch Team has just recently updated their Terms of Service yesterday, letting you know they now have full permission to use your content to train AI models.
The game will not be on the gamepage until I end up fixing major bugs. Sorry :(
