This is dyna. She's the "spokesperson" for the neon alleys in the black market area! She's pretty bold and to the point and has a loud personality. The neon alleys are pretty much what the name says. A LOT of neon stuff all around. Music, art and everything "punk" or "alternative" you can think of can be found there! She tends to wear a moretta at meetings to keep a good poker face and help her hold her tongue if someone says something she thinks is bs

-Thyme looks really similar to Lucianne

-Lucianne made trinkets to remember her kids (or try to)
