Hello World! I’m updating on the progress of ARANA 0.7. So: Happy late christmas and new years?? Jeez, it feels like forever ago I started this thing, hopefully, and I cannot stress enough the hopefully, this project will be finished by mid to late 2016. That is an extremely rough estimation, please bear with me…
Either way, whats coming? Well, I’m glad to announce that 0.7 is nearing completion! Sort of. I’m aimning for the end of the month so again, please bear with me. This update told me one thing. If you’re going to change alot, give yourself TONS of extra time, becuase guess what? Your breaking crap, and I mean, alot of it.
I’m also getting a desktop!!! For those who don’t know, (probably everyone,) all of ARANA’s development has been done on an Acer aspire laptop. Yes, I’m programming with a laptop. It’s portable, but not entirely efficient. So getting that sorted and put together will be taking up more of my time.
Speaking of delays, I should list a reason or two why this update is so late: school (of course,) not realizing exactly how much I was planning on doing for this update, what I was doing for this update, art (IMMENSELY TIME CONSUMING,) and lack of motvation. The last reason is sort of a bad reason, but it’s true, doing these updates has been becoming more draining, but also more exciting!
Last note: I’m taking down previous version, or at least the ones on the forums. They should be gone not long after this is uploaded.
So, with that said, I hope to see this update get finished this month.
