What's the differences between the two, you might ask? Normal mode gives you 3 lives, Speedrun mode gives you none. Instead, you have a death counter.
Everytime you die, this counter goes up. Your goal is to complete each level as quickly as you can, and with little deaths.
After the final level, you will be graded on your performance.
Your goal for Normal mode is to complete each level and get to the end.

todays update was mostly bugfixes fixed some things not working properly, getting a shield in Normal mode now gives you an extra life, the trail in Speedrun mode is now red (pictured above),
