Norman Osborn was the wealthy and ambitious CEO of Oscorp, he was also the prime minister of Sakuramento who hides his past behind a wall of lies. Under constant threat of attack, he has hired Sable International to protect him, expanding their role so they can enact martial law when the prisoners from the R.A.F.T. escape. After Spider-Wolf defeated the Sinister Six, Oscorp has been dealt with NUMEROUS lawsuits, and Osborn is publicly disgraced; since then, he is no longer the prime minister of Sakuramento. 2 years later, a laboratory accident involving an experimental formula had changed him into a psychotic anarchist; behold the Green Goblin, declaring revenge on the Oscorp board members for dismissing him from his own company… now, he will stop at nothing to destroy the Oscorp labs to create mutation experiments to decrease the mobian population! Yeah, this guy is pretty terrible… he’s such an awful dad to Harry as well……
