Magdalena's a good guy now because of mental trauma making him think he was Cupcaker for a bit, although now he's not evil and he looks the same again

Cupcaker's a total douchebag

Torta is someone who Cupcaker becomes when he misses out on taking pills he has, and Torta basically just cuts people open and eats them
