This is Otis!!! But you can call him Odie if he deems you worthy of friendship. He mostly would as long as you agree to everything he says and do whatever he wants you to do from killing other people to killing yourself.

But enough about that. He's just a silly little Alastor core guy who never shows a frown! Because he's literally insane. His favorite things are shapeshifting, manipulating, torturing people, and being fancy and fabulous.

He and Hunter used to be friends. They were in the same gang in Chicago in the 1930s. The gang had taken Hunter in. Otis is multilingual, and can speak Spanish, Russian, German, and Portuguese, which was extremely talented during the time. He was a rich kid with great education living in Spain until his parents decided to move to America. Long story short, they lost everything they had and his parents were forced to go back to Spain, leaving him alone in America in a world of the poor, racism, and immigrant discrimination

That was until he met his gang made of other immigrants from all over the world who's parents couldn't stay in America (I'll have to make all those guys ltr). He found his people, and they grew close. He dispisesd Hunter when he first showed up, but grew closer to him. After he found out what he did to Remy's ex boyfriend to get with Remy, Otis was furious, and played a major role in the massacre of Hunter in an alleyway in 1947. He convinced the other gang members that Hunter was a terrible person and deserved to die so they wouldn't feel bad for him. He manipulated others into buying cheap scams and fake jewels made from rock and paint. He later went crazy and ended up taking his own life in 1951. In Hell, he takes the form of pure matter, able to turn into anyone or anything. The first thing he did was reunite with Hunter, pretending to be his friend and tricking him into a soul-binding contract. Because of these manipulative behaviors and the number of souls he took, Otis became one of Luci(havent come up with design yet)'s most trusted advisors. Otis's relationship with Hunter, however... Otis enjoys tormenting him in his free time... That's why Hunter went against Luci and Otis and teamed up (reluctantly) with Karma, Addicus, Winter, Rat, Wolfe, Zephyr, Morgue, Arla, and Logan.

He is biologically genderfluid (hell form can turn into any gender) and aroace
