Ok, but I don't know how this got so much popularity, I guess the Pokemon community was interested of it. Should I talk about the sequel (yes, there is a sequel by the same people who made the 1st game years later)

Does anyone know this game bootleg for the SNES and Sega Genesis? This game looked weird, the SNES port had 2 missing levels and 2 missing bosses but also have 2 extra levels, but the controls are hard to control. But the Sega port looks good
