Haunted Haiden - States of Matter

Top, Dream Realm:

In order to help Ashley with her investigation, a trip into the realms of unconsciousness is needed in order to access and view memories of the past. While in this realm Haiden changes his appearance to who he used to look like in life before he died in 1964, when his name was Lucas. His purpose is to be Ashley’s guide in these strange realms as he periodically visits during his own version of dreaming, unlike this trip however, Haiden’s are accidental.

However, the duo’s search for these specific memories have drawn some unexpected attention and none of it is friendly. The duo will have to take extra care from this point, lest they attract the attention of the thing that started it all.

Middle, Cooking:

Haiden mostly goes off of muscle memory and slightly spotty recollections of the food he cooked in his first life as Polaris. Sometimes he can’t remember all the steps but he makes do with what he has, though he still has a lot to learn.

Luckily, Dorothy stepped in to help him, sharing her own recipes with her new surrogate grandson. Which coincidentally helps Haiden remember the steps to the recipes he made in his first life before his reincarnation into this world.

Here they’re making a cake for Haiden’s birthday, though Haiden has no idea.

Bottom, Intruder:

Before he was sold to Lake’s Funland and Tomochii in 1970, Haiden spent his days in his theatre, getting used to his new state of being upon haunting the animatronic mascot. However, just because he’s the most benevolent and least likely to lash out against other people doesn’t mean he’s defenceless. Haiden just prefers to avoid conflict and protect the innocents that get caught in the crossfire. He also doesn’t like thieves and criminals who try steal from his home, especially if they’re masked.

I do think that these prompt drawings really helped my creativity, I might make some for the other TAALFS Au’s I'm creating (Discord Dilemma, Memories of Macabre, etc…) but they might be not as plentiful as this Au‘s timeline exists for years whereas the other Au’s timelines exist from a few years to a few days…

Anyway, I stuck with these prompts until I ran out of ideas, which I made a list for and still have it but other Au ideas got in the way. I might come back to these when "The Magic Hour" comes out next year.

I probably need to make reference sheets for Polaris/Lucas/Haiden down the line because it might help explain the mess that is their character.
