[OLD] First Alpha is now OUT! + Origins of the Game


Yes, you read it correctly. The first alpha for Undertale Purple is HERE! We’re so happy to have this build out, as it’s the representation of how far this game has come over the past 2 months.

I’ve said this to many people before, but this game originally started as an ambitious idea and that’s all it was. I did some planning, and I thought, ‘What would happen if I actually made a GameJolt page for it?’ I decided to do it, and in just a week, I had 4 people wanting to see this game. Then, I took the plunge and made a Discord server, and I said, without much conviction, ‘If you want to help with the game, feel free!’ Next thing I know, I have 23 people on an actual Team working on this game…I have no words.

You guys have been so nice and so loyal to this game, and it’s only because of you guys that this alpha is here right now, so you guys deserve a round of applause.
