This post got removed for unknown reasons, so I'm reposting it. I'm not letting forced silence win over me.
I never thought I would be making a post like this, but this situation shouldn’t be ignored.
Before I get into anything, I want to be absolutely clear: do not harass Comet, or anyone mentioned in this post.
Even after everything that has happened, I do forgive Comet. I have made many mistakes myself, and we are all called to love one another, as God’s word teaches us (Matthew 5:44, Luke 6:27). That being said, my trust and respect for Comet no longer exist, and that is something I cannot ignore.
Also, to clear up any confusion right away: FNaS Dreams Collection is not cancelled.
With that out of the way, here is what happened.
January 27th 2026:
The situation began on a random Tuesday evening (well, it was evening for me, because time zones).
Comet logged on to the Sandman group chat and immediately began ranting about not being accepted into the Chaotic Calamity team. His messages were frantic and aggressive in tone, which immediately raised concern among the rest of us.
Out of genuine worry for his mental state, we suggested that he take a day away from GameJolt to relax and clear his head. This suggestion was not disciplinary in any way; it was meant as support.
Comet reacted negatively to this and began framing the suggestion as us “firing” him. Despite multiple attempts from several people to calmly explain that this was not the case, he continued to escalate the situation. His messages became increasingly hostile and included harassment, aggressive remarks, and repeated violent roleplay actions such as “SLAPS ___” and “PUNCHES ___,” all of which he attempted to dismiss as “just roleplay.”
As time went on, it became clear that Comet was not listening to anyone and had no intention of calming down. After several minutes of this behavior, everyone involved reached the same conclusion: our trust and respect for him had been severely damaged. As a result, we collectively agreed that Comet should be removed from the FNaS Dreams Collection team.
Unfortunately, the situation did not end there.
Less than five minutes later, Comet began having another outburst in a separate group chat. Once again, we attempted to calm him down and de-escalate the situation. Instead, he doubled down, directing hostile language and insults toward anyone who confronted him.
The situation continued to escalate until Comet used a racial slur. Combined with his prior behavior that evening, this crossed a clear and non-negotiable line. At that point, we removed him from the chat and cut all ties with him.
(Note: we wanted to remove Comet's collaborator status from FNaS Dreams Collection, but we couldn't since only the game's creator can do that. And, well, UltimateMario was on an indefinite break. So, for the moment, we just let things simmer down.)
January 28th 2026:
We did not hear much from Comet for a little while. Eventually, one of us (I believe Jak) noticed that Comet had changed his profile name to “PLS-SUPPORT-AND-HUG-ME.” Alongside this, Comet began posting and portraying himself as a victim of the situation. These posts included claims of depression and statements implying self-harm, including references to using "gunpowder" (if you know, you know). These messages were public and alarming.
What upset us most was that Comet was not being honest about the situation. He publicly claimed that he had been “fired from FNaS Dreams Collection”, while leaving out the events that led up to his removal. This framing misrepresented what actually happened and painted a misleading narrative for others.
In an attempt to resolve things, Jak made a post directly addressing Comet and invited him to talk things out calmly. Comet responded by stating that he did not forgive Jak for “getting him fired” and repeatedly attempted to change the subject rather than address the situation itself.
Less than an hour later, we noticed that posts on the FNaS Dreams Collection game page were being deleted. It became clear that Comet was responsible for this, and he later openly admitted to deleting Jak’s post.

Despite this, we continued trying to remain civil and de-escalate the situation. However, Comet continued to omit important details, insist that he had done nothing wrong, and portray himself as having been removed without reason. After some back-and-forth, communication once again fell silent.
Later that day, Comet posted an apology.

Some members of the team, including myself and Bowie, chose to forgive him on a personal level, while others did not. Regardless, our trust in him had already been irreparably damaged.
Below are additional screenshots that document some of the behavior mentioned above:

I wish I could include more screenshots, but Comet deleted some of them, likely to protect himself and his image.
January 30th-31st 2026:
Things took a significant turn today.
I had logged off GameJolt to prepare for my final exam the next morning. When I returned, I noticed something was wrong: the FNaS Dreams Collection game page was gone. I checked the group chat and learned that UltimateMario’s account had been falsely banned. As more details came in, it became clear how serious the situation was (For context: 5-10 minutes after I logged off, Bomes informed everyone in the chat about the ban). Bowie and Sparks updated the wider GameJolt community about what had happened. Support poured in quickly, rallying under the hashtag justiceforultimate.
[[ A backup of the FNaS Dreams Collection games was also made, ensuring the project was preserved: https://gamejolt.com/games/fnasdcarchivebuild/1006804 ]]
Back in the Sandman chat, we began discussing who might have caused the ban. After reviewing possible events and messages, all signs pointed to Comet.
(By this time, I had gone off to sleep. So, the rest of this section is from everything I've gathered after my exam.)
Sparks confronted Comet directly. As expected, he denied responsibility, blaming GameJolt for banning UltimateMario. This claim was clearly false; GameJolt does not randomly ban users for being on a break. The discussion went back and forth, but the evidence was overwhelming.
Eventually, Comet admitted that he had caused UltimateMario’s ban.

At that point, he could no longer deny or deflect responsibility.
Once the admission was made (as Bowie made his post, and as Sparks also made his post as well), the team and community reactions were immediate: everyone was angry. Comet attempted a last-ditch effort to explain or justify himself:

But by then, no one was buying it.
His previous lies and manipulations had exhausted all trust. He had already admitted to the act, so any further attempts at cover-up were pointless.

And with that, the situation comes to a close... at least for now.
I remain skeptical about Comet’s claim that he has “left,” just as I remain cautious about his apologies. Despite his repeated attempts to push boundaries, manipulate, and create chaos, the consequences of his actions are clear. In just a few days, one person caused more disruption than any of us could have imagined. As someone once said (credit to Sepsis): “one person ruins it for everyone because they didn’t get their way.”
For as long as I’ve known UltimateMario (which, admittedly, hasn’t been that long), he has been nothing but a genuinely good person. His passion for FNaS Dreams Collection is extraordinary. I’ve cherished memories like playing FNaF Doom with Mario and Sparks, and learning from his fun facts. The love, dedication, and care he pours into the project is something that deserves recognition and support. Making this post is important not just to me, but to everyone who values Mario and the work he does.
Let me be very clear: FNaS Dreams Collection is not cancelled, and we are not quitting on this project. For now, consider the project paused until UltimateMario returns to GameJolt (or, at the very least, makes a post). When that day comes, we will make a proper announcement so everyone knows.
Once again, with all this in mind, do not harass Comet or anyone else mentioned in this post. This isn’t about shaming anyone, it’s about sharing what happened and protecting everyone. I’ve written all of this because it matters to the team, to UltimateMario, and to everyone who’s part of this community. The point isn’t to encourage attacks or drama, it’s to be honest and make sure people understand the situation. So again, please keep it respectful.
That’s the story. Thank you all for taking the time to read, for supporting UltimateMario, and for keeping this community safe, kind, and positive.
Here's everything in a nutshell:

Take care everyone, stay safe, God bless!
