So:
-Scratch cannot handle the graphic quality I want to (it gets pixeled and lags)
-Also, my computer cannot make transparent videos, so I have a problem for the jumpscares.
I know NOTHING about clickteam, unity and unreal engine.
My computer (a $200 dollars laptop) cannot handle unity and unreal engine, so my only chance left is Clickteam, but again, I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT, so if anyone takes their time to explain me or recommends a good youtube tutorial, thank you.
