eons ago, I had these excuses of a HtS4 models. Nope, these weren't offical, I made them for a fangame that is currently dead

I'm trying to record stuff, but instead of red, this thing pops up and it doesn't record. I gave sites permission to use it, I checked microphone settings but there is nothing. Please, help me
