genuinely had no clue what I was thinking when considering this guy for the roster. Looking back they were so out of place.

There hasn’t been an update on PP’s development status for a while, so take a list of every scrapped killer and the reasons why they were scrapped! I may have missed one or two so sorry if I did that, memory ain’t great 😭
