I tried going for a more halloween-ish recolour but I can definitely see how some people might not like this colour scheme.

Okay so I picked a horrible shiny pokemon (Ursaring) and changed up their colours. Kinda like ''Fixing Shiny Pokemon'' and i know alot of people do this but i wanna hop in this (probably ded) trend. So heres Ursaring! I might do more of these so: Part 1
