I tried going for a more halloween-ish recolour but I can definitely see how some people might not like this colour scheme.

So; I was asked by @8-bitEclipse to remake Shiny Nintales.

These nothing wrong with shiny Ninetales but I was asked to remake the shiny. So, here you go!

ok ok some people might not think the raticate shiny is bad. me edit is bad. also i scrapped the krookodile reskin (apologies) because it was too hard to make and it would take took long and the result wouldnt be very good.
