Patch 1.2.1 | The "Checkpoint Galore" Update

Please update your copies of the game to this version, thank you! Changelog below (SPOILERS)


- Fixed an issue where the time limit in the Pal Boss could reach the negatives if you're playing the game on a low-end PC, not killing you

- Fixed a bug where Pal's Cups for his Cup Attack could fly off-screen if you're playing on a low-end PC

- Fixed a bug where the Maze task / Fish task could become slower thus making the fight unfair in the Pal Boss if you played on a low-end PC

- Fixed a bug where Pal's wanted object for his Camera Attack couldn't spawn if you played on a low-end PC / couldn't spawn at all regardless

- Fixed a bug where you could still interact with the Endless Mode / Gallery options in the Bonuses menu without actually being in the Bonuses menu

- Fixed a bug where if playing on a low-end PC, the time when starting a new Charge could lock up randomly

- Fixed a bug where a quip on the "Shift Complete!" screen could display one meant for when beating the Max Mode

- Fixed a bug where if Aggressive AIs were on and Percy Poodle was about to kill you, he would skip his "Opening Door" animation

- Slowed down Pal's Cup Attack cup movement slightly so it can be better ready

- Made Pal's wanted object spawn after 0.01 seconds instead of 0.05 seconds, this should reduce the chances of it never spawning for low-end PCs

- The Boss Custom Hour now has a toggle "Checkpoint" option now. You can enable it to enable checkpoints in the fight, it can be kept on for the "Rabbit's Luck" and "Festive Friends" and even the Max Mode, but you will NOT get the reward for Max Mode if checkpoints are on (You can still unlock the other 2 challenge rewards with/without them on though)

- Changed the Tips in Tuesday and Thursday to elaborate that the ALERT icons on the "Q" and "E" UI are for the Poodles / Generally clarified how they work overall

- The Reset Key has been rebound from "TAB" to "P"

- The Playful Poodles should no longer lock-up in Custom Hour, their AIs were capped correctly now

- TamaOpti now takes an additional +3 seconds of waiting before killing you in the Pal Boss

- TamaOpti now takes an additional +2 seconds when resetting before being allowed to move / attack again in the Pal Boss

- TamaBruti now waits 2 seconds before being allowed to move again after an attack in the Pal Boss

- All the Poodle Pals now take +1 second when resetting before being allowed to attack again in the Pal Boss

- Made Farmer Felix a little more saturated so you can tell his eye-color apart more clearly

- Added a "Colorblind Mode" that should help people who are colorblind be able to play the game, this is notably in effect for Farmer Felix and a section in Puzzling Power

- Redid a certain section in Farmer's Serenade so that it's colorblind-friendly

- Lowered the volume of the music that plays during the Main Game Max Mode

- Lowered the volume of the music that plays during the Pal Boss so it doesn't bleed with the sound effects

- Changed the Main Game Max Mode music to one that isn't obnoxiously loud

UPDATE: Forgot to make the Max Mode music mute once it was beaten, just pushed out a hotfix to fix this.

Here is the Little Sequence that would happen in Percy's Best Friend that was listed in the Update Logs, tried getting a longer ver but either I stalled and Died or went to fast and beat the night

A major content update just released for @ITDEER 's "TOO MANY NIGHTS". In which, a few select characters from PTwP can appear as both selectable enemies, and even change the game to play exactly like Percy's!

Seems the Playful Poodles are having fun building a snowman! How creative! But it seems someone else isn't too keen on being a part of it...

I think this might cause a chain reaction, but there's no better day to talk about this than today! Since around February me and @Vampymatsu (alongside other PTwP contributors) were working on a super elaborate date-sim game starring both Nick and Pal.
