Patch v0.9.2


I'm finally back, hope summer was pleasant, I was very busy with my summertime job, but now I'm back with another update. This one mainly focused on a few performance improvements and various bug fixes.
Here's the changelog:

  • Various improvements related to foliage.

  • Improved foliage particle spawning.

  • Foliage particles now despawn when foliage is broken.

  • Villagers will now skip unreachable tasks until they become reachable.

  • Villagers now TP back to the surface if they get stuck under the terrain.

  • A new camp building is now available, it will house 2 villagers for the night and when they are inactive.

  • Roads now connect to the building's tile.

  • Roads are thinner and are now dirt coloured.

  • Particles now cull, providing small performance improvements.

  • Fixed various crashed related to missing command arguments.

  • The foundry has been replaced by the smelter, a simpler version.

  • Ladders are now back and cost less materials.

  • Constructions are now correctly highlighted again to show their current state (when not yet built).

  • Placing constructions no longer gets blocked by foliage.

  • The lantern item now emits light.

  • Fixed morning hours being really bright.

  • Added more video settings and changed a few default settings.

  • Added DLSS 3.0.

  • Removed magic wands, they didn't really fit the final vision for the gameplay.

  • You can no longer break your neck while climbing.

This patch should make this version of the game more or less stable, so now is the perfect time to check it out if you haven't yet!
