Well, well, well. During Japan's Fighting Game Round Table, Rugal got annouced as a DLC for KOF XV! I'm really tempting to get the final boss patch of KOF Pocket Battle as done as possible!!!

And to think, we got him for Smash Bros. nearly 5 years ago....
