I am working on a heavily color-based game and I am adding a colorblind mode to the game. Usually enemies and level gimmicks are a single flat color, and have a dark gray symbol showing what they are in colorblind mode. People with colorblindness, can you suggest other methods of helping colorblind players while also making it visually appealing?

People with colorblindness, I need your help.
