Persistence V2 is out on YouTube! In reality, it's just a slightly modified version of V1, but I think it sounds good enough to classify as its own version.
Pretty proud of how V2 sounds. To be honest, I may actually end up having future musicians cover Persistence for the main menu theme. I'll likely have them extend it a bit, as in the video, the theme is looped once.
