i mainly use scratch and blocklive *which is a mod for scratch that lets multiple people go into one project at the same time* to share things with other people. age must be 13+. that's really about it.
I plan for the voice actor to do a voice like the phone guy in The Return To Bloody Nights or Graveyard Shifts at Freddy's, or maybe a mix of the two.
