My discord and instagram accounts have just been hacked.

there was a guy messaging me out of the blue saying he had pictures and videos of me jerking off and other grotesque shit. obviously i didnt believe him until he sent me a deepfaked video of me jorkin it that was wayyyy too real looking for my liking. he also said the names of people i know IRL as well as many of the people im friends with in the community as well as the school i go to and my parents names. he was threatening to send these fake videos and pictures as well as fake screenshotted conversations of me saying pedophilic things to everyone i knew if i did not send him sexual videos of me or money. in response to this i deleted my discord and changed my passwords on everything as well as buying a VPN and enabling 2FA on most of my stuff. i will most likely be returning to discord in roughly a month or so. basically whenever i feel i am safe. this whole thing really shook me to my core and i wanna urge u guys to first of all not put ur socials in ur discord bio but also make sure all of your accounts are secure and private. stay safe.
