yesterday was an, uh… strange day to say the least. while you did have a lot of fun in the arcade playing the dead forest, everything just got so fucking weird and messed up. especially that weird black rabbit, the axe in the well everything was just weird, and it was definitely not a dream. but Mr. Fritz recently added dlc to the game, so, uh… it really wouldn't hurt to play the game some more, right? right? …right?

looks like things have gone bad again, time to head to the inn and oh god what the hell happened here.

Sara says that someone, or something, buried a huge hole in the inn and kidnapped Manora. it's canonically been one month since the events of the first part, but it looks like we'll have to save the world again. time to go down the hole.

The mysterious voice says "time to have fun" before heading out.

There's a minecart blocking the way, with three key cards connected to it with some very familiar colors. You know what that means THEY'RE BACK.
Which means we have to head back to the west forest to face HER again.

Something you might notice is that there are piles of scrap all over the map.

You can use these scraps at the inns which are now ran by Blake to buy special items.

There are 2 ways to get scrap, the first one being just finding them around the map, and the second one is fighting the enemies speaking of enemies.

You no longer fight fellow fleshy animals instead you fight big ugly stupid ai generated CLANKERS.

There's this whole new mechanic where if you deal a lot of damage when they're super close to dying it'll cause them to overkill giving some nice juicy scrap.

There are also these ugly stinky scrap robots that drop a lot of scrap when you kill them.

Oh hey look a paint can.

Gee i sure do hope it doesn't come to lif- OH MY GOD IT'S ALIVE.

IT'S ALIVE THE PAINT CANS ARE ALIVE LIKE FNAW THEY'RE ALIVE HOLY SHIT. uh..... beating him gives you the color btw, anyway back on point.

Eventually we'll reach Chica's place which is now a big ass hole, just like the inn

If we go to the other side and open the chest we'll get some sort of broken glitchy key.

When we get to the hole the mysterious voice introduces himself as the Machinist, when Freddy needed his satanic death lasers built the machinist was the one that built them for him with Freddy fucking over the surface the machinist fucks around in the underground doing whatever he wants.

Anyway GEE i sure do hope this chest doesn't randomly come to life.

Oh you mother fucker.

Anyway beating these guys gives a loooooot of coins so make sure to kick their asses. now it's finally time to face Chica.

Huh her jaws broken just like withered Chica wonder if that was on purpose.

She works just like the other Chica's, on the third strike she'll jump, even though she is the hardest Chica she goes down pretty easily just like her fleshy ancestors.

And just like that we already have our first keycard.

The Machinist congrats us for being one step closer to saving Manora before leaving again, time for the south forest.

In the south forest instead of fighting rusty clankers, we fight normal generic clankers.

stuffs pretty standard as of right now, fight clankers, fight paint cans, fight the scrap monsters, buy upgrades from Blake, all that good stuff though what happens if you interact with that evil fucked up well from before huh? let's see....

....huh.... welp guess we have a new goal now i already got the key in here so time for Foxy!

Going down Foxy's hole the machinist will yap about needing popgoes to slow down so that he can analyze his movement for bigger and better robots they were originally meant for manora but she ain't exactly a fighter is she hmmmmm?

Onto Foxy.

He's just like his fleshy ancestors but a bit harder though, his hook is powered by Freddy's shield shattering scythe so uh that's something. Despite that he goes down pretty easily.

The Machinist says our abilities are fascinating, the ones we stole from freddy and friends, he asks if we could share them which like hell naw fuck off bruh. Onto the east forest.

In the east forest we're fighting pristine clankers.

We also finally get the last secret key which means that we'll get to explore the dead forest once more let's see what happens.

ngl the first time i got this message to appear it genuinely scared me but despite the error message we can still continue and explore.

Eventually we reach Freddy's castle and go to the throne room that has a giant hole in it so we go inside.

There's uh.... nothing here...

Let's just keep going maybe we'll find a secret boss or whatever.

In the underground the machinist says that Freddy's plan to keep everyone alive by killing them was a unique one but, he missed one important thing METAL.

Flesh merged with steel steel merged with FLESH or something like that real ones get the reference.

Turns out the machinist is a stupid ass ai bro and his plan is to kill everyone and replace them with clankers, gulp, we can't let that happen!

But enough about that it's time to fight the final robot of the game Bonnie bon bons.

I can't believe they would tore him apart and used him for parts anyway time to take more parts.

He's actually pretty tough i died a couple of times to him mostly because of his stupid ass metal acorns CLANKERS CAN'T EAT FOOD STOP BREAKING THE LAWS ASSHOLES >:(

Honestly he's probably my least favorite fight in the whole game mostly because of that awful shitty heal up gimmick but whatever we still beat him.

The machinist asks us if we're ready and if we are....

Yep it's Morse the mother fucking mole himself!

Welcome to the Machinist's final boss!
Morse, being the final boss and all, has his own gimmicks that work super differently compared to the other ones.
Whenever Morse is about to do something, his "attack" will appear on that little monitor over there.

He can do all of Freddy and friends attacks like jumping by using his jetpack, foxys hook, and bonnies digging.

Morse can dig three times before spawning one of Freddys death lasers that'll drain your health SUPER fast so gotta deal with it as fast you can.

When his health is around 200 morse says he needs to take a break and sends in one of his robots to take over for him, careful, it's a prototype.

Said robot is a manora clanker.

the fake manora goes down pretty easily and it's back to morse

also the music that plays during the fight it's it's so fucking good for literally no reason it fits the theme of the fight pretty much perfectly the whole fight is really good and really fun i really wouldn't change a thing about it jeez if i had a nickel for everytime these games had a banger final boss i would have 2 nickels which ain't a lot but it's awesome that it happened twice anyway we kick his ass as expected

morse says he already knew he was gonna fail he just really wanted to see what pop would do to witness it first hand pop took powers from others was it deserved probably not but it doens't matter

what matters is that morse created his own he earned them everything you see here was made from scratch...

overall just like the base game i had a blast playing through the machinist even if it's a lot shorter but whatever who cares it's more popgoes arcade! more fun! more joy and whimsy or whatnot i won't give my full rating right now till i end up covering everything else in the next up but trust me it's super high just like the base game and until then see yall on the flipside ciao!
