Happy to share that the POPGOES x Youtooz Halloween Pin Set sold more than enough to lock in a third and final POPGOES pin set: the "Beach Episode". It is in early development. Maybe we can show off some concept art if Dawko does another charity stream in the next couple of months?

So firstly a big thanks to everyone who bought the pin set and shared it with friends. It sold about 75% as much as the original pin set, which I think is quite impressive considering this one was themed on a holiday (which we were late for too lol). I think the beach set has a chance to be even more popular, but even if it is, we will probably stop making sets after that. Three sets is nice. One normal, one spooky, one sexy.

That being said, more pins is very possible, though we would probably focus on individual, larger ones, with Youtooz or another company. This would be easier to manufacture and they would also be cheaper for fans. I have some really cool ideas for standalone pins. If you have any requests, let me know!

Fanverse merch isn't over for 2023; it seems very likely that the upcoming Youtooz plushie wave with Long Popgoes and Sitting Popgoes will be available for pre-order next month, though this isn't confirmed just yet. And I think after this wave I'll make a conscious effort to give Popgoes himself a break from merch, he has so much stuff! Gotta give the other characters some love.

I want to quickly clarify that merchandise never takes a priority over game development, and that people outside of the dev team work on merch designs and manufacturing. Revenue from merch sales goes back into game development, and also encourages companies to continue making high quality products for the games. In fact I think the only reason the Fanverse Youtooz plushie wave hasn't been released already is because I've been very strict with the quality/accuracy of the Popgoes products which has caused some delays. Sorry about that, but it should be worth it!
