QOL Update:
-Made camera scroll faster
-Snivy takes longer to kill in nm and fixed bugs with him
-Buffed eevee main music box in hm a bit
-Using music box from pokedex makes second music box of eevee slower

Next up
Menu is 99% done, I only need to do changelog of pexil peril and done but I will do that when I'm done with the characters. The game should be done on 2-3 weeks hopefully
