Questions & Answers

Hi there!

First of all, thank you so much for taking your time to check out our game! We truly appreciate it!

Secondly, we really want to make a few things clear about this game. We don’t want people to “judge the game by the cover”. We are aware of most of the problems in the game and how basic it is, but that’s why this page exists, to explain a few things about our choices.

Q: Why is this only a demo?
A: We are currently planning on making a demo in order to see what people think about it and then gather feedback from those people. Then, if the feedback is mostly positive, we will make a full commercial game out of it, based on a lot of the feedback we get from the demo.
Q: Why was this so rushed?
A: We basically had 1 week to get everything working. That turned out to not be enough for us in order to make a proper full game. So we had to focus a lot of certain areas and then hack something together.
Q: Will you expand the game?
A: Yes! We will try to update the game frequently with new levels and fixes in order to make the gameplay as nice as possible! We will, of course, update the HUD elements for the game so we don’t need to see those default Unity textures. There might even be new features added, who knows!
Q: How many levels will you add?
A: We really want to get it at least to 50 levels before we end the support of the demo.
Q: For how long will you support the demo?
A: We can’t set an exact date but we think the support will at least last until the end of summer. But, of course, if a game breaking bug appears we will patch it as soon as possible.
Q: You mentioned making a commercial game out of this. How much will that cost and where will you sell it?
A: We have not set a price yet but we think it will be around $0.99 to $2.99. We are also currently planning on trying to sell it on Game Jolt’s marketplace.
Q: Will you ever support community levels?
A: Community levels is something we really want to implement. Unfortunately, we won’t include this in the demo. In order for it to work as we want it to, we need to remake a lot of the system that is currently in use and that will take a while. And a feature that big in this game needs to be in the commercial game if you look at it from our perspective, a perspective from people who needs to earn some money.

I hope this answers a few questions! We are looking forward to hearing from all of you! Please enjoy our game and rate it fairly! :)

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
