I'm not good with bios but I tried to create something for her

liza is a being that doesn't feel hot, just feels cold constantly, she doesn't have one of her horns whole because one day while walking she hit her face on a door, well she's very unlucky, if liza is near a fire, she will still feel cold, but she likes to imagine that she is hot, she loves warm things, even if they don't stop her from feeling cold
