Similarly to Iris before she came back to her senses, Qubia is the tryranical ruler of a galactic race known as the Elactians. Unlike Iris, Qubia thrives in being as evil as she is, and sees absolutely no reason to change her ways if being the way she is results in more wealth, power and control over the cosmos. Adding to her intimidation, she is actually an incredibly cunning strategist as well as a both physically capable and technologically advanced to boot. Now that Iris has changed her ways and returned to earth, leaving the planet she was ruling mostly defenseless, Qubia is wasting no time in planning an attack and seizing full control over said planet.
