Current draft for the magical girl/boy sonic ocs i was planning (extending beyond the initial 3 i had)

this change was done on both versions (japan and international) now translating intro logo before level names

updated the title screen for more arab letters

also, the console will be ntsc so pal roms are not in the flash cart for testing (unless you have a pal snes with a flash cart)
